We went to my brother Brian's in Alabama over Thanksgiving. Here are some of the interesting pics.

Brian's Ibex herd. These are the animals I plan to raise on the 10 acres I am fencing in. (I still have 1 side left to fence - I need to catch up on pictures of that :-[ ) The big boy you see has been known to clear a 6' fence. Fortunately he has a strong desire to stay home. The fence is 10' now.

Brian and his frends have a deer camp about 1/4 mile frm his house. It was deer season so there was a lot of activity there. We took the boys on a squirrel hunt one afternoon. There were 3 squirrel dogs that did most of the work. The boys had a blast. We had a $1 bet going against the deer hunters - 5 squirrels for every deer. We lost - they got in late with a fork horn. (The doe in the pic was from the day before)

They keep a nice fire going in the evenings:

Hey guys,
Thanks for the comments.
It was a great time.
My boys are red shirt (Matthew) and black & silver coat (Brandon)
I remember reading the mfg of that .22 off the barrel but I can't remember what it was?? It was a major mfg. I know Brian's is a Remington and Darryl had a Rossi exposed hammer pump styled after my dad's old Winchester.

The logs were bigger than they look in the picture. I don't know who threw them on the fire. Maybe Wesley (orange hat - his wife is skinning her 1st deer). He is stout. I am no slouch but when he shook my hand hard there was no fighting it. He has to shave his callouses off with a knife to keep them from cracking.

I'll buy some of Brian's older Spanish goat stock and he will loan me a young buck to get started. They rut in the fall like deer.
Brian raises ibex, boar, Pythons, rattlesnakes, crows, ravens, tortoises, etc. He gets really good money for all of them.
Pretty much every crow or raven you see on TV or in the movies e.g. Windex commercials, Pirates of the Carribbean III, was hand fed by Brian.

How much would you pay for a crow? Brian always sells out. He has prices listed at the bottom of this page:
